Vacation!

The time has come and I am so excited. We will be leaving tonite for two weeks to go to utah. I am so excited to be able to have our whole family together while we go on a vacation. It will be so nice to visit with family, eat at some yummy places, and just hang out all together. Since we have been married we have never been with our famioy for thanksgiving. I am excited to have thanksgiving with my sisters and also thanksgiving with davids family. I am truly thankful that we are able to all go as a family especially this time of year. So I will share all of our many adventures while we are in utah. Happy thanksgiving to all!

Trick or treat

This halloween we went to a few houses in the neighborhood with our friend Logan and his mom. Of course I didnt have the camera. Then we went to the church for a trunk or treat. This year brooklyn was a Geisha girl, Landon was Darth Vader, and Dawson was Sully from Monsters inc. Thanks for the costume Beth it was a big hit and fit Dawson so well. Of course it turned into a crazy night so we just got a good one of all of us.

Halloween Parties

I love the fall time and Halloween. It seems like every Halloween that goes by I have more and more fun with dressing the kids up doing Halloween activities and decorating. Well this year was no different. We were invited to an adults Halloween party. David had already bought a penguin costume so I was trying to think of something that goes with a penguin. I came up with an Eskimo. So I went looking for a puffy vest and some sort of winter looking boots. Well it was a little bit of a challenge being here in Hawaii and not really hitting rainy season yet so I was put to a challenge of shopping. Well that is how I looked at it. Thanks David for all the excuse I made to go shopping to get the perfect outfit to match you costume.

It was a fun party we had yummy food things like, hairball pie, dried skin flakes, Brain autopsy, maggot pie, and some yummy pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. we played some games. The games were boys against girls. Of course the girls killed the boys. There was one game that was how well do you know your spouse. It was a fun game. Me and David got 18 out of 20 questions right.

I have to say that David knows me way to well. Some one was saying something about our costumes and David said oh it was just an excuse to get her to buy some winter stuff for our trip to Utah for thanksgiving. He is so great he didn't say a word. How did he know that i didnt say anything??? He know sme to well.. What a great guy!!!

It was a great Halloween party. We had a lot of fun. Thanks for a fun night of good food, friends, and games.

Paddleboarding

Ever since we came to hawaii and I saw someone doing some paddlebaording I thought I want to try that. Well on saturday we went with some friends to hickam beach. I think this is my favorite beach by far. They have a rental shack there that you can rent kayaks, lounge chairs, paddleboards, and other various things. So we decided to rent some paddleboards. It was an awesome deal. It was $9 for two hours or $25 for the whole day. There were four families so we decided to split it up and take turns watching the kiddos. So we got two boards and each couple was able to go out for a bit. It was so fun. I think I am addicted. I do have to say that I was able to stand up and acutally paddle standing up. It was fun do something new with david. It was such a fun day.

Soccer

Lanodn has started soccer and he is loving it. We go every saturday morning. They havent started started playing games yet. They have the kids learning the basics of the game first and some techiniques. They have learned to stop the ball, walk the ball around, kick a goal, pass the ball, and the gorilla stand. He is having a great time. So this adds one more thing to our schedules to do. Busy Busy FUN!!!
