Fireman Landon

Landon's preschool is the greatest decision I have ever made. I hesitated at first since he is gone every day for four hours. It has been the best thing for him. He has gained self confidence which is one thing that I really wanted him to do. He is such a sweet boy and he has a shy side to him. The age Brooklyn is in now it is girl scouts and gymnastics for her. It is always Brooklyn being invited to birthday parties, her friends coming over. I feel like Landon is kind of over shadowed. I wanted him to gain his own thing. So he is doing very well. I couldn't have asked for better teachers for him.

The pre-school was going to the fire station. I took Dawson over to my friend shirlyns house. I was all excited to have a fun time with just Landon.

To start things off I went to the wrong fire station OOPS. Thank goodness the fire station they were out is only a short drive not even 2 minute drive away. So I got to the right fire station just as Landon was up to hold the hose and set the fire out. They had a wood playhouse they put on fire and they had the kids hold the hose to put it out.

Fires out

too cute

How are the kids suppose to not be scared of that coming at them in a fire to help them??

The fire engine
On a cheesy note after this field trip It made me realize again(this happens often) how grateful I am that I can do things with my kids like this. To be able to go meet Brooklyn for lunch at school, help at Landon's preschool, have quality time with Dawson in the morning, get them from school when they are sick, be there to pick them up from school, hear all about there good and bad days, and everything that comes with raising the three best kids ever. I am very thankful to David for making it possible for me to stay home with the kids. Right now life is good. Now it would be much better if daddy was here with us but I will take the three best kids for now.

Kent and I are laughing at the picture of Landon with all of the school kids. His blonde hair and blue eyes definitely stand out. He is one cutie!
